January – Online Level 1 STOP & FLOW Training
Kick off the new year with our live, online training in January, featuring three 2-hour sessions where you can connect with others in your field and participate in live Q&A with founder Kristin Onderdonk. In addition to these interactive sessions, you’ll receive access to all the resources included in our on-demand course, plus a private 30-minute session with Kristin. And if you can’t attend live, don’t worry—you’ll get the recordings to review at your convenience. Earn continuing education credits approved for NYS Recovery Practitioners and Social Workers while building practical skills for daily stress relief and resilience.

Surrounded by nature, this immersive training will help you reset, find clarity, and build resilience with techniques designed to bring lasting calm and focus. For those interested in the facilitator path, this in-person day kicks off our 3-day Level 2 in person immersive training.

May – Level 2 Facilitator Certification Immersive Training
This May, join us at our lakefront retreat center in Upstate NY for the 3-day, hands-on immersive training that marks a key step toward becoming a Certified STOP & FLOW Facilitator. Led by founder Kristin Onderdonk, this intensive training is designed to give you the skills and confidence to guide others in reducing stress, managing cravings, and achieving lasting calm.
Prerequisite: Completion of the foundational Level 1 STOP & FLOW course
Pre-Immersive Requirements: Before attending, complete the self-study lessons and read the STOP & FLOW book to be fully prepared for in-person training
3-Day Immersive Retreat: Engage in hands-on practice at our serene, Upstate NY lakefront location, deepening your skills with practical experience
Practicum & Case Studies: After the retreat, complete 6-10 practicum hours, develop case studies, and submit a video demonstrating your facilitation skills
Certification Ceremony: Celebrate your accomplishment with a meaningful certification ceremony
Complete Training Resources: Receive the STOP & FLOW book, workbooks, and marketing materials
