Pathway to Facilitator Certification
Begin your journey with our Level 1: STOP & FLOW Stress Relief course, designed to introduce foundational mindfulness and moving meditation techniques.
Once you’ve completed our 6-hour program, you’re eligible to advance to our Level 2 Facilitator Certification, a comprehensive 50-hour training to deepen your practice and lead others.

Yes, completing the Level 1 STOP & FLOW training is a prerequisite for enrolling in Level 2. Level 1 provides essential skills and knowledge to ensure you’re ready for the advanced techniques and facilitation practice in Level 2. The Level 1 training can be completed at your own pace and includes an introduction to the core STOP & FLOW techniques for stress relief and resilience.

Most trainees complete Level 2 certification in about 5-7 weeks, depending on their pace. The program includes self-study modules, a 3-day immersive training, and 6-10 practicum hours. You can complete these components at a flexible pace, though we recommend following the structured schedule to keep momentum.

The self-study portion includes in-depth lessons on energy healing, tapping, vagal breathwork, Tai Chi moving meditations, and other essential STOP & FLOW techniques. These modules are accessible online and designed for flexibility, allowing you to study at your own pace before attending the immersive training.
In addition, you’ll be reading STOP & FLOW; 8 Steps to Recharge Your Life. You’ll get a full pdf as well as, audio book for your convenience. Signed copies of the physical book are also mailed out to all trainees in the US.

The immersive training is held at our lakefront retreat center in Upstate NY, offering hands-on practice, live coaching, and direct feedback from Kristin Onderdonk. You’ll experience the techniques in-depth, learn facilitation strategies, and engage in group practice to build confidence in guiding others.

Practicum hours involve 6-10 hours of hands-on practice facilitating STOP & FLOW with clients. You’ll receive guidance on structuring these sessions and can work with clients individually or in groups. Direct coaching and feedback from Kristin will help refine your skills during this phase.

Yes! You’ll receive the STOP & FLOW book, workbooks, and essential marketing materials to help you confidently introduce this service. You’ll also have access to guidelines on using these materials to promote your certification and attract clients.

After the immersive training, complete your practicum hours, submit case studies, and provide a short video of you facilitating STOP & FLOW. Kristin will review your submissions to ensure you’re fully prepared to lead, and once approved, you’ll receive your certification.

You’ll join our community of Certified STOP & FLOW Facilitators and can take advantage of special pricing on ongoing professional development. Additional advanced training, community events, and continuing education opportunities are also available to support your growth.
