As I sit here reflecting on our incredible journey through 2024, my heart is brimming with gratitude and joy. Can you believe it’s been 10 years of Enjoy Chi? Together, we’ve created a decade of growth, connection, and transformation – and I couldn’t be more thankful for each of you.
2024: A Year of Breakthroughs
This year, I’ve been moved by countless moments of breakthrough. From witnessing someone rediscover what balance feels like in their body to hearing stories of how moving meditation transformed moments of struggle into opportunities for ease, every session has reminded me of the power of somatic practices.
Here’s what we accomplished together in 2024:
Over 800 sessions of connection and healing.
Welcomed 4 brilliant new facilitators (sending virtual hugs your way!).
Doubled our team of certified professionals with support from Crouse Health.
Speaking Highlights:
Trained at a prestigious medical school, equipping healthcare professionals with mindfulness and somatic tools.
Facilitated sessions for nurses, focusing on stress management and embodied presence.
Delivered workshops for youth bureaus, empowering young leaders with emotional resilience skills.
Keynoted at several statewide wellness events, inspiring diverse audiences to embrace mindful movement practices.
Provided training at the statewide Addiction Treatment Court Professionals Conference, sharing STOP & FLOW techniques with judges, counselors, and recovery specialists.
